Widgets
Widgets view is the same data as Kanban, arranged as a dashboard: add things quickly at the top, see how the board is doing underneath. It is on the free plan.
What is on it, top to bottom

- Quick Note — type a line and press the button. The first 50 characters become the note’s title, the whole thing becomes its body.
- Quick Add Bookmark — a URL and an optional title.
- Quick Add Task — a title.
All three land in your first column, whichever that is. With no columns at all they say Create a column first rather than failing silently.
At a glance
- Weather, Quick Stats (bookmarks, tasks done out of total, notes, pinned), Task Progress, the Pomodoro Timer, and Pinned Bookmarks.
Recent
- Recent Tasks, Recent Bookmarks, and the Habit Tracker — every task you have marked as a habit, with its streak and its last seven days. See Stats and habits.
Analytics
- Most Visited — bookmarks by how often you have clicked them from TabOasis.
- Items by Column and Recently Accessed.
- Tags Overview — how many items carry each tag.
Two things to know
Section titled “Two things to know”The layout is fixed. Widgets cannot be moved, resized or hidden individually.
The weather card here is always shown. Preferences → Show weather in header only controls the weather in the Kanban header, not this card.
